PLEASE NOTE - this post was created while watching the heartbreaking new episode of Downton Abbey. I realize I have left out a few of the very best dressed {Kerry Washington  Marion Cotillard...} Please blame Julian Fellowes for these oversights. One can not think clearly when experiencing such emotional trauma.
