SuperFoods

Kelsey and I have made a decision. We are going to eat more superfoods. Foods packed with nutrition - and tastiness. Our new found favorite is fennel - so for our first super meal (our capes are arriving any day now...) we picked this recipe from Real Simple: Roasted Fennel and Red Onion Salmon, with a side of yummy quinoa.
