It took me a long time to find chic. But when I did – I made it my own. My style is a mix of all the places I’ve lived, it takes cues from the relaxed, sunny cities of Northern California and the sleepy lakeside towns of Michigan. But it was the streets of New York City that pulled it all together. Streets that are full of not just the impossibly fashionable – but the impossibly chic.
Mine is not the classic chic – it’s a layered chic – a collection of classic pieces and things I love. Sometimes it’s a little quirky, sometimes a little casual and sometimes nothing but elegance.
Chic is a state of mind. We should all strive to always be effortless, elegant and chic.
