I completely missed SAG because I was flipping between Downton and Shahs of Sunset (talk about two totally different shows!) - I am going to have to rewatch Downton, I am shocked!
I basically agree with all of your picks, though I'm not sure about Lea Michele. I'm glad she got away from her usual "see I can be sexy" kind of look, but I think there's something off about the whole look. Maybe she should've done her hair up and big earrings in a contrasting color? Or kept her hair down and did a big necklace instead?
