Diane Kruger Wins at Life

It's official - Diane Kruger is my newest fashion crush. She's always been stylish - but her flawless showing at the Cannes Film Festival has rocketed her straight into the Hall of Chic.
She gets it right every time. {OH and she's dating Pacey. Please, no one else even has a chance, she wins everything.}

Kristen, Kirsten, Cannes

Be warned - this will not be my last post about Cannes. The annual Film Festival has proved very successful on the fashion front. I know I'm a little behind, but it is just really too good not to share.

First up Kristen Stewart and Kirsten Dunst. But really - I only care about K.Stew's pants. BECAUSE LOOK AT THEM: the are yellow and they are amazing. I'm also prod of her for pairing them with simple black pumps, a white tee and a chic blazer. Things could have gone very wrong for her, but she's pulling them off. It's helpful that her signature just-got-out-of-bed hair works with this look. {also, I think Kirsten Dunst borrowed my bridesmaid dress from my sister's wedding.... just saying} 

You're cool Kristen, very cool.

Oh, and speaking of cool. Can we all just take a quick sec and enjoy why K & K were chilling in Cannes? On The Road? Please. Too good.

A Calvin Klein Obsession

{and no, I'm not talking about the fragrance.} I'm talking about the clean, classic lines of the Calvin Klein Collection gowns I keep spotting on the red carpet. Most recently at the Met Gala on Monday. Hanneli Mustaparta and Emily Blunt both wore Calvin Klein Collection and looked amazingly, impossibly, chic. Nothing fancy, not crazy embellishments, just simple gorgeous dresses.

Pajama Chic

You know those days that you just don't want to take off your pajamas? {That's a lot of days for me... }  And then I spotted these bright sweats at Madewell and thought - huh, maybe I don't have to. Maybe we can dress them up enough to qualify as real clothes {it is a trend now...}

Chic(s) of the Week

The White House Correspondent's Dinner was last Saturday {so, yes... this is more like the Chic of Last Week... deal} & a few ladies really stood out on the red carpet. Miss Zooey Deschanel in Oscar de la Renta and Leslie Mann in a stunning floral frock by Naeem Kahn.
