I adore the simplicity of Keira's makeup - nothing over the top, but it's still stunning. In New York she paired a matte red lip with simple, dark eyes - and a whole lotta lash action. In LA she rocked a retro winged eye with a pretty pink lip. I especially love how the pink lip color looks with her soft mint dress...
What do you think of her looks? I wish she'd do more exciting with her hair, although the look is appropriate with all her gowns...
